eorge and Jane Kiser and Don Wagstaff of Kellswater Bridge Development, LLC, share feelings of commitment for the vision and the development of The Village at Kellswater Bridge and a love and appreciation of the area. All three grew up and then reared their own families here and are excited about being able to offer other families the same opportunity.

George L. Kiser, Jr., is the Managing Partner of Kellswater Bridge Development, LLC. After receiving a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University, George returned to his hometown of Kannapolis, North Carolina, to work as a computer programmer and systems engineer for Cannon Mills, Inc.. His career path from that point has given him extensive training and experience in several fields which have all come together to contribute to the development of Kellswater Bridge. Always keeping his home in Kannapolis, he spent four years as a systems engineer and marketing representative for IBM Corporation; twenty-five years in real estate brokerage, residential development and construction, most of that time as President of his own company; three years as an independent agent selling products and services throughout the southeast for a company which developed and distributed enhanced telephony services and products; and five years as President and CEO of a technology marketing company. He has received numerous accolades and achievement awards in each profession.

Jane Dayvault Kiser attended Meredith College before becoming a stay-at-home mom. When their youngest child reached middle-school age, she joined George in business. She is the office manager for Kellswater Bridge Development, LLC.

Jane and George have been involved, both as participants and leaders, in dozens of church, civic and service-oriented organizations throughout the Kannapolis area. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

Donald E. Wagstaff is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Kellswater Bridge Development, LLC. He also holds those positions in Next Dimension Marketing, LLC and has had his own CPA Company for the last twenty years. Prior to that he was employed by Cannon Mills Company, serving as Director of Cost Accounting. He received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and has been a CPA since 1976. He served in the United States Coast Guard as a Search and Rescue Aircrewman from 1967 to 1971. He and his wife, Peggy, have one daughter.

Both the Kisers and the Wagstaffs will have homes in Kellswater Bridge.
